    Stacking the Shelves – 06/02/2021

Hey friends. Today I am bringing you this weeks Stacking the Shelves. Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga’s Reviews and Reading Reality. All you have to do is share what books you got in the previous week. You can find more information here.

This week I’m going to do things a little differently. I have acquired so many new books in the last week, and I’m super tired because I just did a workout, so I can’t really be bothered to do my usual formatting. So this week I will just post a picture of the book cover, and links back to Goodreads pages will be at the bottom of the post, in case you want to know more about it.

Read on to see all the books I have acquired in the last week.

Top Ten Tuesday: Most Anticipated Releases for the First Half of 2021

Hey friends! I decided that this year I would get back into doing Top Ten Tuesday posts. I used to do them a few years ago, and I really want to get back into it.

Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together. All you have to do is answer the weekly prompt. This week’s prompt is Most Anticipated Releases for the First Half of 2021. Enjoy!

Aussie Author Spotlight – Matthew Reilly

Hey guys. I thought I’d start doing a series of author spotlights focusing on Australian authors. I grew up in Australia so Aussie authors will always be special to me. This also seems like a good way to make sure I read more Aussie authors. I’ve decided to start off by spotlighting one of my favourite Aussie authors, and one of my favourite authors gnerally, Matthew Reilly.

    February Wrap Up :)

    wpid-imag1712_1.jpg

Hey guys! So this month I read 9 books, which I am really pleased about 🙂 I think I actually read most of them in the first week and a half of February, which is shocking. But since then I’ve been feeling kinda slumpy and I had to focus on finishing my coursework so it took me about a week and a half to finish the last book I read this month. It was a long book though, and I’m ahead on my goodreads challenge, so I don’t mind too much. So anyway, without further ado, here is what I read in February:

    February Book Haul :)

    wpid-imag1710_1.jpg

Hello friends 🙂 Today is the day where I share my February book haul. I got a lot of books this month… Which goes against my aim to not buy many books… However, most of them I got really cheap/free, so at least I didn’t spend too much money… Anyway, here are the books I got this month (this time with goodreads links!) 🙂

  • WWW Wednesday

    WWW Wednesday :)

Hey guys! I have decided to start doing WWW Wednesday! WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by MizB at Should Be Reading. All you have to do is answer these three questions: 1) What are you currently reading? 2) What did you recently finish reading? 3) What do you think you’ll read next? So lets get started 🙂

    1. What are you currently reading? I am currently reading Seven Ancient Wonders by Matthew Reilly. I’ve had it for at least 2 years so I’m really glad to finally be reading it. I’m over half way through and I’m really enjoying it so far 🙂
    2. What did you recently finish reading? I recently finished reading Hatter M, Vol. 1: The Looking Glass Wars by Frank Beddor. Its a graphic novel, and the story is a twist on Alice in Wonderland, and I really liked it 🙂
    3. What do you think you’ll read next? I think I’ll read Stig of the Dump by Clive King next because I’ve had it for ages and I drew it from my TBR jar, but that may change.

So yes, that is my WWW Wednesday. I hope you enjoyed, and feel free to comment down below your answers to the questions if you want.
