WWW Wednesday

WWW Wednesday – 03/02/2021

Hey friends. I’m back with another WWW Wednesday post, where I share with you what I’m reading! WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Taking on a World of Words. All you have to do is answer these three questions:

1) What are you currently reading?

2) What did you recently finish reading?

3) What do you think you’ll read next?

1) What are you currently reading?

Okay, this is starting to get repetitive now. Once again, my current physical read is STILL The Shadowglass by Rin Chupeco. I have actually been getting slightly back into physical reading, but not with this book. I really do want to finish it though, because I am really enjoying it and I’m over half way through. I’m hoping to finish it over the weekend.

I also have another physical read on the go, which is unusual for me. Beth and I are buddy reading Rebel of the Sands by Alwyn Hamilton. This is a reread for me, but it’s been years since I last read it, so I don’t remember much from it at all. I’m really happy to be getting back to the series, and I’m finally going to finish it.

My current audiobook is still The Miseducation of Cameron Post by Emily M. Danforth. I’m not enjoying it as much any more as I was last week. The further I get into it, the more things are present in this book that I don’t really like reading about, so it’s definitely turning out to not be my cup of tea.

2) What did you recently finish reading?

I have not finished anything since my last post. I’m so ashamed.

3) What do you think you’ll read next?

My next physical read will be Traitor to the Throne by Alwyn Hamilton. Beth and I will be starting this one on Monday. It is also a reread for me, and I’m really excited to get to it.

My next audiobook is probably going to be Far From the Madding Crowd by Thomas Hardy. Beth just posted a video where she hauled a lot of classics, and it’s really got me in the mood to read some classics. This one was on an Audible daily deal a few days ago, so it seems like a good place to start.

I’m not going to lie, I’m writing this post while watching the first Hobbit movie, so there is a chance I may end up rereading The Hobbit at some point. Hopefully I’ll manage to stay focused on my buddy reads though.
