Cinderella Is DeadKalynn Bayron

I enjoyed Cinderella is Dead (review) so much, and I am so excited because Kalynn announced that her next book is going to be a retelling of The Secret Garden, which is my favourite book of all time. I really can’t wait to get my hands on it!

The City of Brass (The Daevabad Trilogy, #1)S.A. Chakraborty

I read The City of Brass in 2020 and I really loved it! I’m excited to finish the series, and to see what else she writes.

Boy QueenGeorge Lester

I’ve followed George on YouTube for a few years, so I was super excited to read his debut, Boy Queen (review). I ended up loving it so much, and I can’t wait to see what he comes out with next

Raybearer (Raybearer, #1)Jordan Ifueko

Raybearer (review) ended up really surprising me and becoming one of my favourite fantasy books of 2020. I was really happy when I discovered it has asexual rep.

You Should See Me in a CrownLeah Johnson

You Should See Me In a Crown was such an enjoyable and feel good read. I’m definitely looking forward to seeing more from Leah.

Loveboat, Taipei (Loveboat, Taipei, #1)Abigail Hing Wen

I was honestly expecting to not like Loveboat, Taipei but I picked it up anyway, mostly because of the hype, and I ended up really enjoying it.

Let's Talk about LoveClaire Kann

Let’s Talk About Love (review) has become one of my favourite books of all time, because of how much it ended up meaning to me. I honestly never expected to find a book that I related to so much, until I read this book. I’m looking forward to checking out some of her other books!

Eight Will FallSarah Harian

I got Eight Will Fall (review) in a FairyLoot box, and I didn’t really have any high expectations, so I was really surprised by how much I ended up enjoying it.

Not So Pure and SimpleLamar Giles

I picked up Not So Pure and Simple on a bit of a whim, and I was really surprised by it. I listened to the audiobook, which was such a great idea, the narrator was excellent.

The FlatshareBeth O’Leary

I listened to the audiobook of The Flatshare, mainly because of the hype, and despite not being that into romance books I ended up loving it. I have The Switch on my shelves, ready to go.
