Hey guys. Welcome to another WWW Wednesday post. WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Taking on a World of Words. All you have to do is answer these three questions: 1) What are you currently reading? 2) What did you recently finish reading? 3) What do you think you’ll read next?
1) What are you currently reading?
I am currently reading two books at the moment. The first one is Chain of Gold by Cassandra Clare. I’m about 250 pages in and I am loving it so far. I’m reading it really slowly because I work full time, but that isn’t affecting my enjoyment, which I am very happy about. I will be posting my review as soon as I have finished it, so keep an eye out for that.
The other book I am currently reading is a buddy read with Faye, and that is A Girl Called Shameless by Laura Steven. I absolutely loved the first book, and I can’t believe it has taken me this long to get around to picking up the sequel. I am enjoying it so much. I only have about 60 pages left, so my thoughts should be with you soon!
2) What did you recently finish reading?
I think I have only finished one book since my last post, and that is The Ghosts of the Shadow Market by Cassandra Clare. I really enjoyed this collection of short stories. The only one I didn’t really like was the last one, but it seems to do a bit of set up for The Wicked Powers, so I will probably go back and reread it when that series starts being published.
3) What do you think you’ll read next?
I have 2 review books that I need to read ASAP, so those will be the books I pick up next. The first one is Dead Ringer by Nicola Martin. I am so keen to read this one. It sounds so interesting. I am on the blog tour for this book, so keep an eye out for my review on the 16th of March!
The other book I need to start next is The Authenticity Project by Clare Pooley. I am planning to buddy read this one with Faye, as we are both on the bookstagram tour. This isn’t something I would normally pick up, but I am really intrigued, and I’m really looking forward to diving in.
