WWW Wednesday – 27/02/19

Hey guys. Welcome to another WWW Wednesday post. WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Taking on a World of Words. All you have to do is answer these three questions: 1) What are you currently reading? 2) What did you recently finish reading? 3) What do you think you’ll read next?

1) What are you currently reading?

I am currently reading 3 books at the moment, one on audio and two physically.

The audiobook is Queen of Air and Darkness by Cassandra Clare. I am nearly finished this audiobook, finally. I have been listening to it for over a month now and I have been enjoying it, but I’m also at the point where I just want to get it done. I have less than 7 hours left and I have been listening to it on 1.7 speed, so it shouldn’t take me too long to finish.

One of my physical reads is Enchantee by Gita Trelsease. I’m just under half way through Enchantee and I’m not really feeling it at the moment. I was really enjoying it at the start, but now I feel like I don’t really want to pick it up much, so I decided to read something else and then come back to it.

The book I picked up instead is The Secret Runners of New York by Matthew Reilly. I’m only 8 pages in, but, as Matthew Reilly is one of my all time favourite authors, I already know I’m going to love it. Keep an eye out for my review.

2) What did you recently finish reading?

The last book I finished reading was Before I let Go by Marieke Nijkamp. I just randomly picked this up last night and I absolutely flew through it. I finished it this morning and I ended up really enjoying it. I felt like I had a few questions at the end that were never answered, but other than that, I loved it.

3) What do you think you’ll read next?

Next I plan to read The Body in the Library by Agatha Christie. I’ve been reading the Miss Marple books as part of a readalong I found on Instagram, and I have been loving them, so I’m really excited to get to this one. This is also the book for February, so I really need to get to it soon.
